Refund policy

All our pieces are part of limited edition capsule collections, produced in small quantities.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges as a general policy.

However, in accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted by email at studio.bysimonna@gmail.com and approved before sending any item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, items that show any signs of wear will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bysimonna.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue accordingly.
