Due to the limited nature of our pieces, returns for change of mind are not available.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty (which shouldn’t happen), please contact us at hello@bysimonna.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue — we’ll take care of you <3
We don’t expect problems, but if one arises, we’ll resolve it promptly.
Shipping
Spain only.
Orders are prepared in 1–2 days and arrive in 5–7.
Prices include taxes.
€4.50 shipping.
